Holidays VII : Dental appointment

After 2 months, i had dental appointment again today for fixing (tightening)
Dr.bernard done it for me while explaining to new trainee
" for patient's satisfaction "

he change my rubber
blue colour now
n transparent one crossing between my braces
haha
i dont really know how 2 explain ..

In a nutshell,
da rubber is strong n pulling my teeth inwards
it is tight !
n surely painful .. :(
